Burning Of American Flag By Shiites In Abuja, See The Consequences As Said By Donald Trump
The Islamic Movement Of Nigeria (IMN) yesterday protested the killing of top Iranian Army General, Qasem Soleimani.
He was killed by a United States airstrike. His killing was a result of America retaliating over the death of its citizens who were allegedly killed by plans orchestrated by him. It is believed that the top Army General has killed a lot of innocent U.S citizens in Iraq.
Back home here, the Shiites whom are believed to be religiously affiliated with the type of Islam practiced in Iran have demonstrated their anger over the killing of Soleimani by the U.S airstrike.
They took to the streets of Wuse in Abuja to demonstrate their anger by burning American flag to ashes. They also chanted that the Nigerian government should free their leader - El Zakzaky.
But Donald Trump upon assuming office made a statement through his verified Twitter handle on the consequences of burning American flag.
He said “ Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag. If they do, perhaps there must be consequences. Perhaps loss of citizenship or one year in jail.
