CHOCOLATE COOKIES

18 Chocolates Cookies
INGREDIENT : 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of All-purpose Flour, Half cup of white Sugar, Half cup of brown sugar, 3 medium size eggs, 1 cup of Chocolates chunks, 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of baking powder




STEP 1 : Pre heat oven to350 degree F and melt the butter.

STEP 2 : Add butter white sugar and brown sugar and mix properly, then set it aside.

STEP 3 : Mix the flour and baking powder properly and set aside
STEP 4 : Break the eggs in a boil and mix properly till it is fluffy. Then add the vanilla extract and continue to mix them together.

STEP 5 : Pour all the above mixture together and mix it properly. Then add the chocolate chunks and continue to mix them together.

STEP 6 : Take about 30grams dough and roll it into smaller balls and arrange it inside the baking sheet leaving about 5cm space between the dough.

STEP 7 : Then place inside the already pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes. You have a golden brown colour. Your chocolate cookies is ready.
