Manchester United has sign in a new Coach

Manchester United has a new Coach

The Kind of Manager Manchester United need
It is a well-known fact that Manchester United has fallen from their Perch. However, all hope is not list as long as the club's admistrators are willing to do the needful. Long lasting success is not archived overnight but there are indicators of success and honestly such indicators are not present in any form at Old Trafford presently.

From the managerial position to that of the club chairman, Manchester United are short of the desired personel. The need for change is necessary and urgent as well. Most of the players in the club need to be replaced. Other change needed include club physios and phycologists as well. Gernerally there is a need for a change of structure at the moment before the club can become a modern business entity.

However, other positions can be replaced gradually but that of the manager need urgent replacement. Manchester United is a traditional club like Bacelona and Bayern Munich so to archieve success, you need to look back to what worked in the past.

Sir Matt Busby and Sir Alex Ferguson are the most successful managers in Manchester United history. One thing similar to both managers is their outspoken nature, temper and stubborn characters. Sir Matt Busby survived the Munich air disaster after undergoing surgery. He was asked by many to quit football management totally after losing over 20 players to the air disaster. He sturborly refused to quit and 10 years later, he delivered the UEFA champions league tittle in 1968. Sir Alex Ferguson on his on part retired from football to take over at Alberdeen in Scotland. He was only 38 and considered a novice. However he brought a revolutionary style of attacking football to the Scottish club and won 9 trophies in 6 years. He is widly know for his forty temper.

The current man at the helm of management in Manchester United don’t have the qualities of these two managers. Ole Gunner Solekjaer is too paid – back and too quite to demand the kind of performance these managers got from their players.
Another thing to point about these two successful managers is that at the time they took over management at Manchester United, they were on the verge of bringing a tactical revolution to football. They were also proven winners both domestically and in Europe. Sir Matt Busby was refused the management position in Liverpool because the club hirachy did not agree with his management style.
This repersents a tactical and management revolution unknown at that time. Sire Alex also brought a different to fotball management in the 70s. Hence, he won the Europa league with Alberdeen and dominated the Scottish league at a time the Scottish league was one of the best in Europe.
Ole Gunner Solekjaer does not have a history of winning neither is he a football revolutionary. If Manchester United is to get back to what they used to be, they need to get any of theses managers :
• Erik Ten Hag
I know his stock has fallen a bit since the first round exist of Ajax Amsadam in the UEFA champions league. However the work he has done with young Ajax side is nothing short of tremendous. His tactical revolution of 2-3-5 has shocked some of the biggest teams in Europe. Real Madrid, Juventus we’re overwhelmed by his tactics. Bringing him to Manchester United won’t be easy but it is something worth trying. He has the winning mentality and tactical intelligence to turn things around at Manchester United.
• Julian Nagelsmann
He is relatively unknown by most pundits but his work at Rp Leipzig is not incredible. Sitting at the summit of the German league mid- way Into the season is not something we see everyday especially when you remember that Bayern Munich and Dortmund  are in that same league. With limited budget and relatively unknown players, he has transformed Leipzig to tittle -contenders. He will be a perfect fit for Manchester United. The Manchester United way of promoting young players from the academy and the current policy of signing young exciting talents are the hallmark of his reign so far in Leipzig.
Solekjaer need to go as soon as possible and that is something most true fans of Manchester United can agree with. However, of the club want to avoid another mistake in appointment of managers, the above names should be considered.
