When cops approached her, she stopped moving her hands under the table and placed them on the table - which is when the officers realized that she wasn't wearing any pants.
Where did she put them? Not a clue. Reports do not confirm that any pants were spotted in Nickels' vicinity.

According to the affidavit, the hotel employee who filed the complaint told police that he spotted Nickels on the JW Marriot's street-level patio earlier that day, “holding a silver object” to her genitals “with her legs straight up in the air, spread open” and that he “could hear Nickels making moaning noises.” The employee said she was masturbating on the hotel's patio “for approximately 7 or 8 minutes” before relocating to the patio bar across the street. A police report stated that Nickels was only wearing one shoe, and was possibly intoxicated - though this was not later confirmed
The employee told the police that when he tried to approach Nickels, she started yelling at him to get back. Officers said she continued to masturbate even after she was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a patrol vehicle. "While in the back seat of the patrol vehicle, Nickels began to attempt to reach her handcuffed hands around to her vagina as if to pull something out,
" the police report states. "At this point, the 'vibrator' mentioned in the call text had not been located, so I believed it was possibly still inside her vagina. Nickels then began to rub her groin back and forth on the plastic back seat, moaning...even when asked to stop, Nickels continued to do so for the entire duration of our encounter."
