Manchester United - Good News And Bad News After Norwich Win
Manchester United were rampant in their match against bottom of the league Norwich. United came into game needing all three points to continue their pursuit of a top 4 spot and capitalize on any dropped points from Chelsea.
The Red Devils played some of the best football we have seen them play all season and battered Norwich 4-0. A very embarrassing and disappointing result for the visitors who need as many points as they can scrap if they are to avoid relegation.
United had some really good news to happy about today asides from the result. The first is that it is now clear that Mason Greenwood is going to be a Premier League star and he is a big part of the reason Manchester United might just qualify for the Champions League. The 18 year old scored yet again for United and is looking to follow in the footsteps of Marcus Rashford.
The second is the fact that young left back Brandon Williams is making the position his own. The full back has performed so well that United are ready to let club captain Ashley young leave the club. If he continues to perform like this Luke Shaw might just need to find himself another club in the summer.
There is possible bad news for United though. Marcus Rashford wasn’t able to complete his Hat-trick because it seems he picked up a knock. Solskjær was forced to sub him off and Rashford headed straight towards the tunnel. Hopefully it’s nothing to serious and United highest goal scorer will be available for their next game.
