HOW TO PREPARE SCOTCHED EGG

5 Scotched Eggs



INGREDIENT : 7 medium size eggs, 10 Sausages, 4 cups of bread crumbs , 1 cup of multipurpose flour , Salt, 2 seasoning cubes


STEP 1 : Boil 5 eggs then peel the back and keep it aside.

STEP 2 : Match all the sausages together. Then pour into a bowl and add 2 seasoning cube, a pinch of salt to taste. Form 5 little balls with the matched sausages

STEP 3 : Insert all the 5 boiled eggs in flour and then place each egg into the little ball sausages formed until the egg is completely covered with the sausage.

STEP 4 : Break the 2 remaining eggs in a bowl and mixed it properly. Dip all the little ball sausages with eggs into the raw eggs.


STEP 5 : Now deep the little ball in bread crumbs.

STEP 6 : Deep fry the entire little ball sausages in a vegetable oil, to get a golden colour scotched egg.

STEP 7 : Your scotched egg is ready.
